Laura Pietropinto, one of our talent managers in New York City, NY LAURA PIETROPINTO is a seasoned theatre director/producer, acting coach, drama teacher, and talent manager.  She is committed to creative development and nurturing talent.  Laura is the Artist-in-Residence at Marymount School where she has taught and directed theatre for two decades. As a professional acting coach, her students have appeared on Broadway, off-Broadway, on tour, regionally, and in  television/film. Most recently, Laura directed a reading of a confidential new musical for Disney Theatrical Group. Before that she was the Associate Director on Second Stage’s Make Believe by Bess Wohl, directed by Michael Greif, which was a NYTimes Critics Pick. She directed the premiere Asian productions of the Pulitzer Prize-winning musical Next to Normal in Seoul and Tokyo for Michael Greif after having been the assistant director regionally, on Broadway and the First National Tour. Other Assistant Directing credits include: Superhero (reading) by Tom Kitt and John Logan, Bandstand (lab) directed by Andy Blankenbeuhler, Anne of Green Gables (reading), A Very Common Procedure (MCC), Satellites (Public), Get What You Need (Atlantic), Kid Simple (SPF), Avenue Q (Wynn Las Vegas), and Landscape of the Body (Williamstown). Laura has produced and directed several concerts and developmental readings, including Cutting-Edge Composers, a platform for new musical theatre writers, which has an exclusive spotlight on Broadwayworld.com. simone2 SIMONE TAYLOR (Assistant to Ms. Leone)  Simone knows what Ms Leone looks for in her talent. She has a keen eye and enjoys “hand holding” some newer clients’ parents through the process of auditions and the paperwork necessary to move forward with a career from Working Papers to union applications. Her natural organization ability and computer knowledge are a must in this ever changing electronic world. During initial Interviews, Simone can be caught entertaining the younger children while their parents talk to Ms Leone. Her greatest passion in the business is supporting the career development of Terrific Talent Clients.
 
Savahna-Reuben SAVAHNA REUBEN (Assistant to Ms. Pietropinto) Theater and performance have always been a part of Savvy’s life.  She began performing at a young age working with Rebecca Lobo (basketball) on Sesame Street and went on to star in numerous theatrical productions.  She most recently wrote, directed and starred in a production of her original musical “Just a Number.”  Her original pop album “Savvy Girl” is available on iTunes.  Savvy has taught theatre to children of all ages at the Marymount School and Drama Camp.  She recently graduated from Trinity College with Honors as an Education and Performance in Theater major. She has looked to Laura as a mentor for many years and is proud to be her assistant.  She especially loves working with TTA clients coaching them to deliver their best performances for auditions.
